About me

As a therapist, writer and advocate, my love and passion for the community of mental health has been ever-present.

My approach to therapy is psychodynamic, with a particular interest in relationships/codependency, childhood trauma, attachment issues, loss/grief, and living with chronic illness. As a therapist living with chronic illness, I understand the challenges that come with such changes at different life stages.

I see humans as striving for authenticity & wholeness, with the capability to reach their true potential. I would be honored to hear your story and be a part of your journey.

Dr Won is great. She provides worksheet which helps with communication and understanding of therapeutic concepts and treatment since text can limit interpretation of communication. So far it’s been insightful and informative.
