My name is Courtnay and I am a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in women's issues. I believe that women have an extraordinary capacity for self-awareness, intuition, and resiliency, and that when partnered with the best therapist/coach then the sky is the limit.

I describe my therapy as "holistic" because I include many non-traditional approaches. These range from hypnosis to visualization, meditation to yogic breathwork, as well as evidence-based trauma treatment, EMDR. I believe that working with the body and the body's energy is a much more direct and powerful approach towards healing and growth.
