Working with Courtney the last couple of months have been the best experience I have ever had with counseling. Courtney has a gentle way to help you think through to the heart of what is going on, and I completely recommend her!

Courtney has been a Godsend for me, at the time I began this process I did not know what to expect. I also was I a pretty vulnerable state considering my reasons for signing up were very fresh for me and my family. I work a hectic schedule and have many other life projects going on as well and not once has she made me feel bad or guilty for having to reschedule my sessions with her nor has she pushed me beyond what's expected of me to further my progress through this process.

Courtney has been a phenomenal help in my healing process of anxiety and trauma. She has helped learn coping mechanisms and grow in confidence to set boundaries. I feel so much better where I am now versus when I started. Very grateful.

Courtney is everything I could have hoped for in a therapist. She kind and understanding and never do I feel any type of judgment from her. She is constantly checking on me through the app making sure I am hitting my milestones. She is someone you can just talk to for hours and it’s like you have made a new best friend.
