Courtney is very good with pacing me after a traumatic event, enabling me to better meet my most important daily tasks; enabling me to better interact with the fast pace and often indifferent world. She is kind and supportive within our own sessions.

Courtney has been wonderful. She is extremely caring, kind, and helpful. I’ve only met for a few sessions with her, but I already feel comfortable with her and deeply appreciate her time and help.

Wanting to seek a therapist to overcome work anxiety, I stumbled on a Facebook ad for Better Help and decided to try it out! I was immediately paired with Courtney and found her services very helpful.

I have been working with Courtney to overcome stress and anxiety issues relating to work challenges. Courtney is an amazing listener, genuinely cares about my growth, and gives me the advice I need to combat negative thoughts. While my friends and family think I have petty issues, Courtney understands my perspective and helps me navigate the obstacles. Courtney and I communicate via chat and video call - which I genuinely appreciate! She also sends me helpful worksheets that help me reroute my negative thoughts into positive ones.

Better Help is perfect for modern professionals who are accustomed to the flexibility and convenience of chatting online and scheduling video calls. It is a relief to finally receive help from a licensed professional who has the techniques and skills to help me overcome this battle. I have already recommended BetterHelp to all of my friends who are suffering from anxiety and stress.
