Hi! I am a licensed mental health counselor with 10 years of experience working with a range of populations to include: families, couples, at risk youth and young adults, and the incarcerated population. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues/divorce, parenting problems, grief counseling, and anger management. I have also helped those with stress related issues and symptoms of PTSD.
My counseling style is accepting and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, and client centered therapy, however I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support you!
I look forward to working with you!

Courtney is a good listener and gives advice when needed. I truly appreciate her insight and empathetic style. I always look forward to our sessions together.
I love her. She's so sweet and kind and to the point. She knows how to transition into differ subject. Really down to earth!! My favorite counselor❤
Only had a few session thus far but Courtney is very understanding and supportive, and she always listens to your concerns.
Great counselor so far. Really helpful!
Best therapist ever.
I have only been speaking to Courtney for a week now but i feel extremely comfortable to tell her anything i may be feeling and i feel she understands everything i have to say
Thanks Courtney for the counseling! You are so lovely to talk with and I have really found it quite helpful and insightful!
Courtney takes time to ask about day to day life as well as tackling the big issues on a seamless, comfortable manner.
Starting therapy was one of the best things I have done for myself, I feel really fortunate to have Courtney as my councillor. easy to talk to and guides you in a mature and professional manner. Thank you
Courtney is wonderful and a delight to work with. I feel like she takes the time to listen to me and provides me with skills to solve my issues.
I think when someone reaches out to get counseling, they are hoping for someone that is capable, insightful, and able to communicate their educational knowledge. Mrs. Congwer is the most capable, insightful, and relatable professional one could hope for.
Courtney is courteous, friendly, patient and observing. She engages very professionally with my issues and concerns, and try to narrow it down to one root cause, so to find a solution. Also, she is respectful of my limitations and always ask for my viewpoint throughout the process.
