I think when someone reaches out to get counseling, they are hoping for someone that is capable, insightful, and able to communicate their educational knowledge. Mrs. Congwer is the most capable, insightful, and relatable professional one could hope for.

Courtney is courteous, friendly, patient and observing. She engages very professionally with my issues and concerns, and try to narrow it down to one root cause, so to find a solution. Also, she is respectful of my limitations and always ask for my viewpoint throughout the process.
