About Me

Hello, my name is Dr. Courtney M. Graves. Do you need support in working through heartbreak, grief, depression, confusion or other negative feelings? Maybe you’re not feeling the love, support, and synergy in your personal relationships and want to know how to turnthem around or how to end the toxic relationships in your life and attract new, positive relationships.I understand that life burdens can be hard to manage, and at times, you may feel overwhelmed with no hope in sight. As someone who believes deeply in the importance or self-care and treating individuals holistically it is my pleasure to provide counseling services to those seeking to improve their lives through meaningful change. I have experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, couples, and groups. I provide treatment for issues concerning depression, relationships,anxiety, grief/loss, anger management, trauma, domestic violence, self-esteem, stress management, as well as for many other life challenges. I use a combination of therapy techniquesincluding cognitive therapy, mindfulness meditation, life coaching, trauma focused cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focused methods to help you on your journey of self-improvement. With me you will receive treatment that has an emphasis on your strengths, needs, and abilities. Iseek to create a warm environment in which you are free to express your feelings and can communicate your needs and concerns. I aspire to help others in a supportive, honest and collaborative environment.Together we will create an individualized treatment plan based on your presenting problems. It will be my goal to assist you in achieving the goals you have set for yourself in a judgement free compassionate manner. I will provide the best effective skills and strategies for you to live a happy, healthy, and productive life. Dr. Graves is AWESOME. I was nervous getting into online therapy, and feared I would not be able to connect with a therapist over the computer. Dr. Graves made it so easy, and she's so relatable. Having bipolar disorder 1, PTSD, BPD among other things makes living life really hard sometimes. But having Dr. Graves in my corner, walking me through painc attacks. Everything. It's made it so much better and easier.

Dr. Graves is a fantastic therapist! I had never been to a virtual therapist before and was initially a bit anxious but, Dr. Graves helped me feel at ease. Her follow up and “homework” documents are well timed and thoughtful. I also really appreciate how kind and patient she is, all while allowing me the time and ability to work through at my own pace. She gets 5 stars from me!!

Honestly, I’ve never been so productive in therapy before and I’ve been in therapy for 5 years now, changed therapists 4 times. Dr. Graves has by far been the most understanding and real doctor I’ve had the chance to have and she really motivates me to get better.

Dr Graves is amazing in her direct and professional approach to issues of concern and has great insight in helping you focus the situation in order to make progress and move forward in life.
