I use a combination of therapy techniquesincluding cognitive therapy, mindfulness meditation, life coaching, trauma focused cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focused methods to help you on your journey of self-improvement. With me you will receive treatment that has an emphasis on your strengths, needs, and abilities.
