About me
Welcome! It's not always easy to take the first step towards a new direction and challenge yourself in a new way. Life can be unpredictable. The unexpected and difficult changes in routine, or unrelenting pains of life are what push us to re-evaluate our circumstances, and seek solutions. I’m here to help.
I am a clinical social worker, and I have over 6 years of experience in helping clients from all backgrounds and classifications. I have worked in medical and mental health settings which has shaped my practice. The bulk of my experience is working with adults and Veterans dealing with depression, stress, anxiety, compassion fatigue, and lack of motivation. I view each circumstance as unique, through a lens of respect, compassion and empathy. I want you to feel empowered, and gain an increased sense of hope. I utilize a variety of clinically proven techniques. As a result, you can gain different and new perspectives, and build new skills to apply in challenging situations you may encounter in the future. These new skills and tools often result in an overall greater sense of well-being and abilities.
Therapy is an excellent start in a journey towards greater empowerment, self-control and self-awareness. I look forward to working with you!
