I believe that every person deserves happiness and it would be my privilege to work with you on your path to it. For over 10 years, my focus has been on helping people heal and cope with addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other relationship issues.
My approach is holistic, focusing on all areas of your life. I firmly believe that you must heal your whole self to live your best life. I incorporate elements of mindfulness, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) strategies in counseling sessions.
