I am a fully licensed Marriage, Family, and Child therapist in New York state. I have 10+ years of professional work experience that Started here in upstate NY and then I moved on to the city of Las Vegas in 2001. I moved back to NY in 2017 to slow things down and focus on my licensing and career here in the state of NY. I have "been around the block" when it comes to experience in helping a wide range of people including clients with co morbidities such as cognitive and/or intellectual disabilities along with stress, anxiety, depression, coping with addictions, relationship conflicts, motivation, self esteem, & confidence.
I also have experience working with and suffering from depression. I am a prime example of someone who can overcome a mental health diagnosis and live a normal, fulfilling life.
