I am a doctoral level psychologist with 20 years of experience as a therapist. I provide therapy for individuals afflicted with presenting problems to include depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, substance use, relationship and adjustment related issues. I utilize a number of individualized therapy approaches to include humanistic, cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic techniques to relieve distress, strengthen resilience and promote improved welfare and functioning ability. My aim is to assist recovery and improved functioning and wellness using effective, supportive, directive and collaborative interventions to respond to your challenges and recovery goals. Dr. Anderson is very accommodating and understanding. He has patience and is willing to not only listen, but to actually hear what you are saying.
