About me

Hi, I’m glad you’re here.

I’m a qualified pluralistic therapist with over four years of post-qualification experience working with adults from a wide range of backgrounds. I offer a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore what matters to you.

In my practice, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to suit your unique needs and preferences. Whether you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma, I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. My pluralistic approach means that we work together to find what works best for you — whether that’s focusing on developing coping strategies, exploring the roots of difficult emotions, or working towards personal goals.

Clients have described me as warm, non-judgmental, and gently challenging. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is at the heart of effective therapy, and I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to be your full self. I respect your expertise in your own life and see therapy as a partnership — I’m here to walk alongside you, not to tell you what to do.

I have experience supporting clients through many different issues, including low self-esteem, identity challenges, burnout, relationship difficulties, grief, and complex trauma. I offer both short-term and longer-term work, depending on what feels right for you.

Seeking support is a brave step. If you’re ready to begin this journey, I’m here to support you.

Craig has helped me immensely in articulating challenges. He’s empathetic and kindly asks some questions that are quite tough but necessary to break through some situations

Craig is very calm and of course a good listener. Easy to talk to and helps look at scenarios in a different manner to the way I would typically look in to something.
