About me

I aim to help those who are experiencing difficulties in their lives, and struggling to find solutions by themselves. Finding their own answers to their problems and once again find fulfilment and enjoyment in life and its simplicities.

I provide a professional and confidential service that is not only underpinned by formal education but also my life experiences. Since 2012, I have helped many people find clarity, peace of mind and self-fulfillment. I am aware that the journey through counselling much like that of life can be a very difficult one at times. In these times I will be willing to be there right beside you no matter how difficult it becomes. We could sit in silence, or we could sit and chat, of we could sit and you could just let it all out. I won't be afraid to be afraid and hope you wouldn't either. I know I don't have all the answers and I'm sure at the start neither would you. However, I believe that with just the right amount of compassion, guidance and challenge we as human beings can reach deep within ourselves and find the answers we need.

I'm here when you are ready.

A good friend , a greater listener who challenged my negative thoughts.

Craig is a good listener and very open-minded. I never feel judged, even when I talk to him about issues that feel embarrassing or uncomfortable to me. He’s funny and kind and holds space for the full spectrum of the human experience.

Craig has been a great supporting figure in my life. His empathy is unmatched, and his understanding of my feelings really helps me unload exactly what I'm feeling. He provides great feedback and also challenges my beliefs without making me feel defensive.
