I just started with Crista Nezhni a few weeks ago but I am loving our weekly appointments. She is awesome at providing support and helping me to work on my anxiety, depression and OCD. Even after our very first meeting, I felt as if I was supported and felt hopeful for the goals we set to work on. She is professional, caring and so far is helping me a bunch!
