I am licensed in Oregon and Texas with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, & career difficulties. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. As a therapist of color I understand the need to have yourself reflected in the therapeutic space. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
