I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing since 2016. I have provided counseling services for the past 4 years for various issues including depression, grief, stress and anxiety, addictions, chronic pain, trauma, relationship and parenting issues, codependency, career challenges, women's issues, and veteran-related problems.
My primary goal as a counselor is to help my clients through personalized, compassionate care. Everyone has a story and it’s through these personal experiences that I find the right tools to help a client meet their goals. My approach is largely based on the principles and techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Most of my experience is in brief solution-focused therapy but I also enjoy taking the time to listen and delve into complicated emotions and situations. I am flexible and will do my best to meet my client's specific needs.
I provide a non-judgmental, safe environment to process concerns and learn new skills to foster increased well-being. I challenge my clients to move out of their comfort zone because this is where true growth and change takes place. If you are ready, I would be honored to share this important journey with you.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Crystal Liedtke. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Crystal is the first therapist in my whole life who has made a a real change for me. She is incredibly talented and set up a treatment plan for me that exceeded my wildest dreams. I am beyond grateful Better Help has connected me with her and I can't put into words how grateful I am for Crystal and all she does for her patients!
She’s been extremely helpful. I’ve felt so much more happier and way more outgoing then I normally am. I’ve accomplished a lot with her help.
I had a really wonderful experience working with Crystal for the past 3 months. I was hesitant to begin therapy for the first time as an adult, but always felt eager to reach my goals and grow upon leaving each session with her. She made each session feel very safe, comforting, and non-judgmental... as if I was simply having a conversation with a friend. Crystal did a wonderful job blending research and genuine care into her practice. She had high expectations for me as a client, but I felt that these high expectations stemmed from her passion for her career and sincerity in supporting me as a client. I did not leave therapy with Crystal after 3 months because it was no longer effective; I left because she helped prepare me to feel ready to exit the program on my own. I now have the tools to support my future happiness and success. Thank you again, Crystal!
