Welcome! You have found your way here not by accident.
You might be looking for help for yourself, a loved one, or a relationship. You might be trying to save a marriage from crumbling, or wanting to proactively strengthen your intimacy or communication skills. You might be searching for meaning in your life or to solve a problem you have. Maybe you are trying to make sense of your past, or work toward goals you have for your future. Maybe you are seeking understanding of yourself or others, why you feel the way you do or why they act the way they do. Or something more abstract, like trying to discover who you are, and why you are here, what you were made to be and do.
Therapy can be a crucial part of your life journey. I am honored and privileged to walk alongside you as you undertake this challenging and rewarding process of self-discovery.

I feel very understood by Crystal. Her support has been so important to me as I transitioned into a new stage of life. She is always responsive and validating. She is probably the best fitting counselor I have had.

Ms Crystal listens to me and make sure that we cover the topics and concerns. I love her worksheet, the books that she suggested me to read and the tips and lessons that I gain from our session. I love how she pays attention and checking on me. I can see improvements of my relationship with other people, especially with my mother and myself. And I will continue to carry those lessons with me.
