Crystal is kind and very patient in listening even when I feel overwhelmed and I feel like I can’t get out what I am trying to say. She is great with following up to check on me during the week also. She gives great feedback and tips that I can use. I enjoy writing because I process what I’m feeling better that way, so the worksheets she sends really help me to communicate better and see what I need to work on. I’m excited for what I will learn in the future while in therapy. I just want to be better.
