Initially I was hesitant about receiving counseling services via betterhelp.com‘s platform. I am used to in person therapy sessions. To my unexpected and pleasant surprise these therapy sessions with Curtis Macek have been great!
He is by far the best therapist I have ever worked with. I feel that he reads every word of the messages that I send, and with careful thought he replies appropriately. His responses are personally directed towards me, not a generic blanket response. He has helped me on many occasions when I had no one else to talk to. Curtis Macek enables me to feel supported and not alone in this world. He has a unique gift of being present with his patients even from a distance. I’ve never met him personally but I will always be grateful for his support during this difficult time in my life.
Curtis is awesome and we click really well. He helps frame issues and talks through everything really well. Been a big help to me so far.
I highly recommend Curtis Macek. He has been a great listener and he has really helped me make much needed improvements in my life.
Curtis has been very helpful so far and very understanding
Curtis is a great therapist to chat with. Very understanding and knows his stuff, I've enjoyed my talks with him so far and tips he's shared I can try that'll help me.
I can feel Curtis genuinely loves to help people and he takes a real interest in what I have to say.
In the conversations, I feel taken seriously, but there is a light-hearted tone and the last time we even managed to laugh a little over something ridiculous I was talking about.
I have only had two sessions and a few written chats with him so far, but I feel like I am on the right way!
