About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years helping others find new tools to live better. My experience include providing help for individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma and addiction. Training in CBT, DBT and client-centered therapy as well as substance use incorporate many ways to help people make changes that support growth.
This step is hard and I believe that once you take the step to work on yourself, you are halfway there. As a therapist, I am open and sensitive as well as a good listener. I collaborate with my client's to develop goals for treatment that implement evidence based treatments that support growth and progress.
