Cynthia is an amazing therapist as well as an amazing human. I am so grateful to have found her after having little luck with therapists in the past. I feel like I can tell her anything- no matter what it is- and she will not judge me. Cynthia rocks.

I have just completed 2 months of sessions with Cynthia and it was definitely worth it. I'm so grateful for the help she provided in a really traumatic period in my life. She made me feel comfortable and confident. I didn't expect to make the level of progress I did in such a relatively short period of time, but I don't think I couldn't have gotten this far without her. I would recommend her to anyone who is struggling mentally. A true gem.

I chose to go to therapy to help me with my relationship with my partner as well as addressing some childhood trauma that has affected me in my adult life. I like the flexibility of Better Help because I was able to find Cynthia. I started with another therapist but Cynthia was more what I needed. She was very comforting and allowed my time to be used for what I needed. She would prompt me to think outside the box and challenge my own thinking. I really liked that. She was also very kind in her words and supportive of who I am and what I do and think. She provided examples from her own life to help shine light on how a situation can be looked at from a different perspective. Overall I am very satisfied and happy that I found her and how she has helped me. I would strongly recommend her to people I know if they find her expertise would fit their situation. Thank you again Cynthia for all you do! I know you will help many others like myself.

Just finished my second session with Cynthia - I really connected with her because she told me more about her experiences I could relate to. She is incredibly warm and inviting to talk to. Asks thought-provoking questions and is very encouraging. I'm very happy with her and excited to continue my journey of better mental health with her.
