Cynthia is very responsive and always on - like I can get on almost everyday and she will respond to someone I write or post. She also likes to give homework which I think is good so I can continue to work on myself daily. Appreciate all Cynthia's hard work.

Miss Pinion is the absolute best! She really understands my needs even when it’s difficult for me to explain them, and her worksheets are the bomb .com! Highly recommend for anyone in need of support and healing (which I think we all need from time to time). She’s very personable and kind.

Amazing counsellor. She responds so fast and is so caring. I love Cynthia’s demeanor and her willingness to help whenever I need it. I can’t impress on the public enough how fast she replies. It’s amazing. When I’m in trouble, she’s always there for me.

AMAZING!!! Cynthia is absolutely amazing!!! I was reluctant to do online therapy but really it's the only way to go and I couldn't have received a better Therapist than Cynthia. Cynthia is full of knowledge and wisdom and really makes you look at life from a different perspective and the best way possible. I was undergoing some difficult times in my career and personal life and those closest to me were going farther and farther apart. After several months of therapy sessions with Cynthia, I'm feeling like a million bucks and I owe it all to the guidance that Cynthia offered through BetterHelp. BIG Thank You Cynthia!!!

Cynthia is someone who understands my problems well, and is a re-assuring voice of compassion and reason. She has an ability to encourage me to me feel empowered and positive. This is exactly what I wanted from counseling, but never thought I'd achieve until this experience.

Written by V.A. on Mar 23, 2019 after counseling with Cynthia for 6 months on issues concerning intimacy-related issues

Cynthia is excellent! She always responds via the many communication methods available. She is very intuitive and is able to see a little bit about what you are not saying. She is the so worth your time and money. I cannot believe how much better she had me in such a short period of time, but don't stop when you start feeling better. Stop a few months after that or just do 1 session/month until you really have a hold of the 'new you'! God bless!

It’s like talking to a great friend - one that offers practical advice - she has empathy for your situation and concerns and offered tools to work on to help you get past these - I’ve only had two sessions with Cynthia but already it’s proving more effective than hours and hours of therapy I’ve had in the past - would recommend to connect with Cynthia anyone wanting overcome obstacles holding that back in relationships and life.

When I was paired with Cynthia, I was unsure and slightly skeptical about how we would get along. I feel like I have a unique situation and I was not sure to what extent she would understand and adapt her training to me. However, after working with Cynthia for some time I feel really lucky to have been paired with her. She has been extremely warm, understanding and patient - helping me to open up about my issues and to feel comfortable working with her. She immediately supplemented our calls with readings and worksheets, providing me with resources I can use to continue my healing, learning and growing journey on my own. I feel like she has been responsive and attentive to what I'm looking for and she is helping me to better understand and work with myself.

Cynthia is fantastic at what she does. I started to open about my problems from the past where I couldn't even talk about it without crying. It's now been two weeks and I already can saying words and phrases I couldn't before. She's amazing, she's listened to me, she's asked me questions I never thought of before and she's helped me to accept my past.

She’s incredibly sweet, understanding and supportive. She’s a great listener and I feel comfortable telling her things I can’t tell anyone else. That’s how a therapist should be

Cynthia is easy to talk to and down to earth. Her responses are truthful and this is what means the most to me, she says it as she sees it even if Its something I might not want to hear, it means I am under no delusions she says what the reality of my situation is and that is endlessly helpful. Having an impartial voice to guide me through things I am finding emotional tough is so beneficial. Thanks heaps Cynthia!

I have tried online counseling in the past with very little success with the counselor I was matched with. With Cynthia, I felt an instant connection, which is hard to find in any counseling situation. She is supportive, direct (in a caring way) and can easily identify what areas need to be worked on to move forward.

Written by N.A. on Aug 05, 2018 after counseling with Cynthia for 2 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, addictions, trauma and abuse, grief, self esteem, and bipolar

Cynthia helped me to work through very difficult emotions and thoughts, at a time when I felt that I wasn't being heard or understood by those closest to me. Cynthia has shown great knowledge of the issues I was bringing up, and took the time to explain and rationalize my feelings to me. I'm grateful that Cynthia and BetterHelp came into my life at this very turbulent time of real helplessness.

In just two sessions with Cynthia, I feel a little more clear and aware of how to take control of my own personal care. She deeply listens and offers no-fluff advice that opens my perspective. I look forward to my sessions with Cynthia because I trust she's committed to the success of my healing.
