About me
I am passionate about helping others with the challenges that life brings. Sometimes these challenges can be overwhelming or seem never ending. Do you often feel like you're going at it alone, living day to day, just surviving enough to get by? You don’t have to do it alone, come learn to enjoy your life again and overcome life’s challenges. People often get stuck in this mindset and struggle to get out. Let me help give you the tools you need and work together to get you out of the darkness and enjoying your life again. What if you woke up in the morning feeling like you could conquer your world instead of dreading it? Wouldn’t that be a great feeling?
Your mental health is as important as your physical health. To be healthy in one area we must be healthy in all areas of functioning. Treating the whole person is an important part of treatment. Your physical, mental, spiritual and social health is important for our overall well-being. Your well-being and health are my upmost priority and we will work together to find a balance that you can work with.
I have worked with individuals ages 6-65 that come in for a variety of issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, social skills, trauma, mood disorders and everyday common problems. I use an integrated style of therapy that is tailored to meet your unique needs. I work with individuals, families, and provide group therapy options. Some of the therapy styles include talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
