About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering individual counseling services in Alabama and Florida, with over 17 years of experience supporting adults and older adults through life’s challenges. I work with clients facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, and significant life transitions, and I also provide Christian counseling for those who wish to incorporate their faith into the healing process.
I am passionate about creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, allowing us to explore your thoughts and emotions at your pace while gaining clarity and insight. I believe each person has strengths and resilience, even during difficult seasons, and my goal is to help you reconnect with those strengths and see your full potential.
Together, we will develop a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs, helping you move toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life. I offer services in both English and Spanish. If you are ready to take the next step toward emotional wellness and personal growth, I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation. You do not have to walk this journey alone.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Cynthia Sierra. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I was incredibly blessed to find Cynthia. She was a God-send, literally. From our first video chat, she felt so comforting, and so confident that she could help, It feels like we’ve known each other for years. She is the definition of an intentional listener. I’ve only had 2 sessions with her, and believe it or not, I’ve genuinely seen improvement in the areas of concern—what I started therapy for. It’s such a bonus that she offers Christian counseling; ending our sessions with a prayer is so beautiful, and while this might not be everyone’s cup of tea, it’s definitely mine.

Great Therapist 10/10 she’s sweet and helpful and a great listener. Was scared to try therapy but she made it a lot less scarier.
