D. Jesse Bruesch, LPC
About me
What is holding you back? Trauma, anger, shame, sadness, worry? Who would you be if you were able to let any of these go? My name is Jesse Bruesch and I have been a therapist for 9 years. There are ways forward. I am grateful for the opportunity to walk with others on their journeys. Helping people plan goals for their growth and then seeing them surpass what they believed they could, is my passion. Planning our directions can be hard, because as we heal, our mindsets and directions change. I am an EMDR therapist and I also work with cognitive behavioral therapy, with an emphasis on the psychodynamic approach.
EMDR has been a game changer in my practice for helping clients to find their way past the traumas that many didn’t believe they could overcome. I have experience working with a range of issues from ADHD, anxiety, depression, addiction, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, schizophrenia, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
PTSD has been the majority focus of my most recent work, dealing with acute, complex, chronic, battlefield, and even delayed onset. If you suffer from any of these, and are motivated for change, then I know we can help. So, if you are ready for treatment and feel comfortable enough to begin, “Welcome to therapy, what are your goals?”
