I’d be lost and confused without Dabney’s help in identifying unhealthy behaviors and setting boundaries. Her natural ability to actively listen and empathize has helped me find sanity during a very insane time in my life.

I came in with a lot of prior knowledge and experience in myself, but her expertise has helped me more than I ever thought. I didn't know where I could go from where I was. I had tried a lot of methods to get me on the right track. She's very kind and thoughtful and patient. I would definitely recommend giving her a try even if you think you know yourself well. You never know what may help : )
