I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both Texas and Florida as well as an Air Force veteran with experience in deployments. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University, and am qualified to provide EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy. I have worked in a private practice and clinic setting helping individuals and families with issues related to depression, anxiety, life changes, PTSD, anger management, and improving relationships.
My availability for one-on-one live sessions are typically mid-day, with occasional nights and weekends.
My counseling style is a combination of warm and empathetic, along with tactful honesty and accountability. I believe in mutual respect and compassion. I encourage my clients to be honest with me and if something is not working, to speak up and tell me. I believe in allowing my clients to take ownership of their therapy and gain skills in advocating for themselves and their loved ones. I also believe in understanding the human condition of imperfection and we all make mistakes. I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral, psycho-education, mindfulness, and humanistic treatment approaches. I understand that sometimes all a person needs is an attentive ear, but also quick and useful solutions to problematic symptoms or issues. I will create a balance within my counseling style based on your particular needs and preferences. I also enjoy adding an element of humor in my treatment when it is appropriate.
It takes a great amount of courage to ask for help. I look forward to helping you through your journey and learning more about yourself. My goal is to help empower you to improve what is working well for you and give you the tools to help change what is not working for you.
I look forward to starting this new journey with you!

Dallas has been super awesome! She’s very kind and relatable. I’ve really enjoyed my experience with her so far!
She is open minded and knowledgeable, I feel like I can tell her anything.
Dallas is everything I could ask for in a therapist. She's of course very compassionate, but also straightforward when she needs to be and has a logical approach which has helped me a lot in making sense of things. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to start therapy
Dallas is very professional and flexible. She is incredibly knowledgeable about different techniques to employ as well as innovative ways to address difficult concerns. She allows me to set the tone for our sessions ranging from professional, efficient, to casual and like speaking with a good friend.
Dallas has opened my mind to so many things. My entire life, I was extremely uncomfortable if the subject of my feelings ever came up. In just about a month, she has made me feel so comfortable with myself and has helped validate certain thoughts and feelings I’ve been having for years. She has been such a big help to me that I find myself being more open with my family and friends and I constantly express to them just how happy I am that I got Dallas as a counselor. The decision to seek help and talk to someone did not come easy to me and was about a six year process of me being too scared or too shy, but it is the best decision I've ever made, especially when I got such an amazing counselor!
Dallassa has been great to talk to. She's been supportive, understanding, and pushed me on things I needed to be pushed on.
Dallassa Hale has been great to work with, even for just a few weeks. She is understanding and listens to my concerns and is working with me to make sure all of the issues I want to work on are addressed. She is very easy to talk to and kind also!
Dallas has been thoughtful and insightful. Thanks!
I've been with Dallassa for months now and I think she's great! She always listens and is very supportive and validating. She does her best to keep her availability open in case I need to talk to her. I'm very grateful for her help and guidance.
It's been about 6 months that I've worked with Dallassa and it's been a blast. Not only is she very personable, she is also a good listener and problem solver. Her advice is solid, and she's always there for you!
Dallassa Hale was nothing short but helpful in helping me understand my mental health by asking required questions to better assist my needs. She gave me honest, useful advice in learning to better myself not only mentally, but in all aspects of my life. She cares very much about helping people and I’m so happy I was one of them. I highly recommend her!
Having once had only second thoughts about online counseling I can honestly say that I am truly enjoying the immediacy that this concept of counseling achieves and deliveries. After the monotony of years of traditional counseling and having to wait for that one time a week to express a weeklong surge of emotions I find comfort in this method that allows me every day and several times throughout the day to just simply express whatever it may be that is quite possibly nagging at me or causing consternation. I’m pretty certain that I wont be returning to a traditional method of counseling anytime soon.
Dallassa is really easy to talk to. I felt like right away I could open up to her and I felt safe. I would highly recommend her.
She is wonderful.
Only had a few sessions so far but I’m already really liking it. This is the first time I’ve ever had any sort of counseling and Dallassa has been awesome. Really looking forward to our next session.
Dallassa is a patient and attentive person. She has listened to me complain about things and helped me unravel some of the confusion that I had created for myself. She has been responsive to every message that I have sent and always has some insight to share. I am glad that she is my counselor.
Dallassa is absolutely wonderful! We come from completely different backgrounds but she’s still able to relate to me and is very kind and empathetic to my issues. Her feedback is practical and helpful (even her constructive criticism is delivered so politely/nicely). She radiates positivity and even on tough days her positive outlook is infectious.
Dallassa has been a great cheerleader.
Super awesome and relatable! She totally understands what you’re going through.
