Dana is an excellent partner in therapy. She is the right person for me. She challenges me and gives me food for thought.
Dana is by far one of the best therapists I’ve worked with in my eight years of receiving treatment. She validates my feelings while simultaneously challenging me to reflect internally. In just a few sessions, I genuinely feel like I’m on the path towards a healthier relationship with myself, others, and the trauma I’ve experienced.
Dana has honestly been so open and honest with me, I am so happy to be a part of BetterHelp and to have her as a therapist.
Ms. Baldwin is very professional and listens intently. She shares helpful articles which I appreciate. She really knows how to help.
ive worked with dana for 7 months now and i truly think she has helped me get to where i wanna be mentally after dealing with depression for so many years. she gave me such good advice and helped me gain a security i never had with myself. i always feel empowered after every session through her words.
I have only had 2 sessions with Dana but is with Dana but within the first few minutes of my first session I knew I found the perfect counselor for me. I have faith that she will help me through my big life issues and I look forward to my sessions with her each week.
Making some very good progress with Dana Baldwin (PhD, LPC).
My counselor Dana Baldwin has offered me unwavering support, understanding, honesty, direction, knowledge, compassion, guidance and hope over what had been a very trying time in my life. She always responded back to me promptly and really took the time to understand me as a person. I felt comfortable enough with Dana to be very vulnerable and it ultimately allowed me to heal and grow. I don't think I would be in the same positive mindset that I currently am if I had not had her support. I couldn't recommend Dana enough as a counselor, especially to women who are struggling, as she a beautiful kind soul who has such a wealth of knowledge to share.
She is a excellent therapist
Dana has helped me through a wide range of topics/issues, from family problems to dependent relationships and self-comparison. Although I’ve only spent 6 weeks with her and BetterHelp, she has helped me better understand how I feel and to remind myself of her words and advice everyday. I am able to apply the exercises that she has introduced to me in my daily life. Overall, Dana is a friendly and approachable person that helps me clarify my thoughts and behaviors and I would highly recommend her!
I signed up to BetterHelp with a very specific goal, to learn ways of coping with certain emotions/situations and Dana helped me do this very promptly and efficiently, with verbal coaching and worksheets. She was friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable right away. I definitely got out of this what I’d hoped for.
She is awesome. Plain and simple. Give her a raise!
Dana has been very helpful in recognizing what I need from counseling (structure, a space to talk) and giving me the resources I need to deal with my anxiety. I very much appreciate her professionalism and willingness to work with my schedule. Her words of praise always brighten my day.
