Danelle Kiziah, LCMHC
About me
As a licensed therapist in North Carolina, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. My practice centers on helping adults and young adults (including, but not limited to, LGBTQ+ individuals) work through challenges related to stress, anxiety, self-esteem, and personal identity. I offer compassionate guidance for those experiencing life transitions, relationship difficulties, and emotional healing.
My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in understanding each person's unique journey. I focus on creating a supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences with anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and personal growth. I'm particularly passionate about helping individuals develop stronger communication skills, build self-love, and discover their life purpose.
With expertise in addressing grief and interpersonal dynamics, I strive to provide affirming, non-judgmental support. My goal is to empower clients to develop resilience, understand their emotions, and create meaningful personal transformation.
