As someone who prefers a very direct and raw approach, Dr. Cifarelli is amazing. He allows me to simply just speak, navigate my emotions, my goals, at a pace and conversation level that delivers sincerity. He has been an integral part of my healing. I find myself hearing his voice and advice, even after the session is over. His approach works. I'm so thankful for his services.

Dr. Cifarelli not only clearly listens to what I say, but offers such honest suggestions in a strong but respectful way to anything that may be bothering me. This helps me build trust with him and allows me to open up more than I ever have with any therapist. I highly recommend especially for people in the LGBTQIA community
