Daniel Lozoya, LCSW
About me
As a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's complex challenges, I specialize in helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem concerns. My practice centers on creating a compassionate, affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals, young adults, and those experiencing social anxiety, isolation, and workplace stress.
My approach is rooted in understanding each person's unique journey, with a particular focus on self-love, healing from past experiences, and discovering personal purpose. I bring cultural sensitivity and lived experience as a therapist of color, committed to supporting individuals facing prejudice, discrimination, and intersectional challenges.
Drawing from evidence-based practices, I work collaboratively with clients to develop meaningful strategies for emotional wellness, helping them build resilience, process complex feelings, and create pathways toward authentic self-expression and healing.
