About me

I am licensed in the UK with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, intimacy related issues, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence.

The core of my therapy style is empathy and compassion, as often it can be a challenge to show that to ourselves, I look to meet you where you are; free of judgement. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioural, humanistic and psychodynamic. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support you in that journey.

Daniel provides a calm, rational approach to therapy which validates my feelings amd gently offers opportunity to reflect upon things.
He provides a human approach to challenging situations and knows how to use humour and normality at the most appropriate times.
I have been having therapy since October 2025, and it's now March 2026, I feel that it has helped me through what has been the most difficult time in my life and made things make sense.

Great therapist. Good at knowing when you question more and when you let me just talk.

Dan is a nice guy. He’s also a cracking therapist. He is super attentive and quick to see responses and reactions to thoughts and ideas and question their validity if they appear disfunctional.
I’m so glad I made the investment to start working with him. I have learnt to articulate my sometimes convoluted situation in ways that allow me a greater degree of comfort. My imposter syndrome is giving way to an authenticity I only dreamt about. My priorities are clearer, hazards have been identified. Focus feels sharpened. I’ll leave it there. Thanks, Dan.
