About me
My name is Dan Ulberg, and I'm a licensed therapist in Oklahoma. You can take a look at my profile to learn a little bit more about my background and approach. Please also feel free to ask questions. I am licensed in Oklahoma with 13 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & depression. Online counseling is fairly new, and I've found it to be really effective for many issues.
My counseling style is pretty laid back. I have been described as supportive, caring, and compassionate, with a pretty good sense of humor. I'm here to help you sort through the things that are difficult right now, and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment. You have taken the first and most important step by reaching out for help.

Daniel has been doing a great job. He’s thoughtful, professional, and genuinely attentive during our sessions. I feel heard and supported, and he creates a space where it’s easy to be honest and work through things without pressure. I’ve found our work together to be both grounding and productive, and I appreciate the way he balances insight with practical guidance. Highly recommend.

Daniel has been such a great match for me. I’ve only had two sessions with him but already feel a weight lifted off me I have carried for a very long time. I feel validated and heard in my sessions. He isn’t someone who always tells me I am right but helps me figure out a situation I am going through. I’m so glad I took this next step in my mental health with Daniel. I’m excited to see what the future holds with his help!

Daniel is awesome! He has helped me through a very painful divorce and has helped me to be more confident as a person, and a father. He is very kind and personable. I would highly suggest him to anyone seeking therapy and healing in their lives. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and makes you feel safe to speak about any issues you may be having.

I've had a few therapists over the years, but Daniel has been by far the best for me. He really listens, and helps you gain the different perspective you need sometimes. Having someone who listens and is able to help you understand yourself is enlightening and ultimately incredibly helpful for self improvement and self esteem.
