Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Daniela Otoya. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I have fought with therapy for years yet somehow within the few weeks I have spoken with Daniela all of the struggle with therapy has gone away. She is attentive to my messages, quoting situation from the messages and applying them to our video call sessions makes me understand that she is compassionate and very caring about her work. She has made an incredible effort to help me figure out strategies to help me when conventional strategies that the general public know aren't working out for me. This shows her determination and knowledge within this field of work. Although my favorite thing is the comfortability it is a very laid back be yourself no judgement zone, the biggest stressor for therapy in my opinion is the anxiety of talking to a stranger, with Daniela I felt like I was talking to a lifelong friend from the beginning to me thats the best feature of anyone I've ever met in this field.
