We are a team and we approach anything that you share and want to work on together. We identify your goals and the path by which you will achieve them. There will be humor and movie quotes sprinkled into our sessions, but there will also be an open, caring and nonjudgmental ear for you to share the things you have been holding on to or to share the things that are weighing you down. At the end of our time together I want you to be more confident in yourself, to have the coping skills to handle anything that may come your way, to know who you are, and to have learned to love your story.
My "office " days and hours are Monday through Friday (typically 830am - 830pm, Eastern Standard Time). During my "office" days I do respond twice per day - sometimes more, but always at least twice.
