Danielle Osborne, LMFT
About me
My name is Danielle, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Wisconsin. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, poor self-esteem and suicidal thinking. I believe that clients need a safe place and a positive rapport with their therapist for growth to occur. I am passionate about helping clients learn how to set boundaries and emotionally take care of themselves. The therapy that I practice is supportive and empathetic. My approach is strengths based and utilizes CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, DBT, Psychoanalytic and Motivational Interviewing styles. My past work experiences involved providing therapy to at risk children and adults in crisis at a non-profit center and through the county. I graduated from UW-Whitewater with a bachelor's degree in Social Work and received my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
