About Me

There is immense strength in vulnerability. It allows us to tap into a deeper understanding of ourselves and promote a sense of healing and wholeness. Allow me to join you in a journey of self-exploration, in which together we will compassionately and curiously examine the roots of your emotional struggles and work towards a sense of inner peace. Many of us experience anxiety and depression, or feel trapped by our trauma. Perhaps you continue to find yourself in unhealthy relationships or stuck in negative life patterns. These emotions can be overwhelming and leaving us to feel hopeless, unsatisfied with life, or even broken.

As a team we will create a space where we can be curious together and discover the path to a higher quality of life. I will provide you with an experience of attunement by meeting you where you are at and responding in a way that best meets your needs, particularly in that very moment. It is important for me to really connect and be present with you.

I believe no two people or sessions are the same. Through this intimate process I will help you learn to connect with your authentic self, the true you, free of emotional suffering. Please feel free to contact me. I am happy to answer any questions. I look forward to connecting with you.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts generally practicing in the Western Massachusetts area for over five years. I have particular success in working with individuals (young people and adults) in crisis, individuals experiencing acute stressors, trauma/complex trauma, attachment, and dissociation. I hold a certification in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) through an accredited EMDRIA training facility.

Previously, I've worked in a residential group home for latency aged youth ages six through 13 with complex traumas and very difficult life experiences working with them to meet goals that would later help them be successful in a setting less intensive. I have also served as a school adjustment counselor in a school for young people with social emotional needs as well as an emergency services clinician providing acute support in crisis situations for people of all ages. This work has ultimately allowed me to become comfortable and confident in supporting young people through adults (especially parents and caregivers) through the various challenges had in navigating their lives. From anxiety and depression, trauma, attachment and dissociation, physical and sexual abuse, family separation and adoption, parenting, victims or witnesses of domestic violence, and more; I have worked with individuals having experiences like those referenced above and supported them in feeling dignified and heard, working towards a happier, more at peace self.
