Hello, my name is Danielle (she, her).
I am a licensed mental health counselor based in New Hampshire and also maintain licensure for alcohol and drug counseling in Massachusetts. I have been providing counseling services for the past 10 years and have been lucky enough to work in many diverse settings. I have worked with individuals and families dealing with many challenges including relationship issues, trauma, ADHD, addiction, depression, and anxiety.
I believe that even severe mental health challenges can be viewed as imbalances and that our overall wellness is informed by our ability to engage in healthy behaviors and avoid dependence on less healthy behaviors. Additionally, I believe that healthy relationships are key to our fulfillment as human beings - often this starts and ends with our relationship to ourselves.
The approaches I use vary greatly depending on the person I am working with and their preferences, but most often these might include dialectal behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, humanistic psychology, existential psychology, and traditional person-centered psychotherapy.
Whatever you may be struggling with, and whatever your comfort level is in talking about it, my goal is to help you identify current challenges and a path forward that works for you. I believe this platform allows for a lot of control and choice for individuals in directing their treatment. This is essential for “good” therapy so I am excited to find you here.
I hope I can be of assistance and look forward to working with you!

Was always skeptical of therapy but Danielle made me realize it doesnt have to be awkward, uncomfortable or onsided all the time. Genuine, patient, sweet and very helpful, helped me realize maybe not everyine in this world is horrible
Danielle has been an absolute godsend for me. I’m dealing with a lot currently and she’s one of the few people I can share my feelings with. I trust her feedback and advice so much.
We have only spoken a few times, there is a "bond" we share that if you don't/aren't experiencing it I feel glad for you. For those of us that have it only we can truly understand. I think we do.
I feel Danielle is knowledgable and a good listener. Easy to talk to. I'm just so full of grief it's hard for me to express myself.
Awesome person to talk to
