I hold certifications in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and advanced clinical trauma treatment. I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider and this allows me to use a combination of traditional evidence-based practices along with holistic approaches for overall wellness. A person's mental health is influenced by many different factors both internal and external. Our mental health can be influenced by our stress, our lack of connectedness to others, our diet, sleep issues, painful past experiences, and our environment.
