I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Most pain that we experience as humans, is pain that we experience alone, even when surrounded by people/loved ones. We don't want to burden anyone, or they don't understand. This can be very debilitating and lonely. My drive is that no one should go through their hardest chapters of life alone.
