Having gone through one of the most difficult periods of my life, losing my husband and becoming a caretaker for my mother, I joined BetterHelp to deal with grief and guilt. Darla guided me to such a better place, and I looked forward to each session. I still use gratitude journaling every day to keep track of all great and good things that are most definitely present in my life. I'm truly grateful for her help.

I LOVE Darla! She’s my 3rd ever therapist & 2nd from BetterHelp & SHE IS THE ONE! She listened to me so intentionally the first session that she knew exactly how to approach me in our sessions! She makes me feel seen & heard & I know she truly cares about me. It doesn’t feel like she is just doing her job, I feel cared for which is exactly what I wanted in my therapist. She is awesome & I would recommend her to anyone!
