Darlene Hill, LMHC
About me
Life events sometimes throw us curve balls when we least expect it. Do you now or often experience anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress, or the possibility of ending a relationship? These are stressors that give us feelings of uncertainty and hopelessness, impacting your ability to function in relationships, occupation, social life, and obtaining educational goals. Does it seem as though you've been knocked down once too many times and getting up is a struggle? When in the middle of a struggle, words such as "tomorrow" and "feeling better" seem so far away.

Darlene has been wonderful to work with, she has been very supportive and has given me many tools to help with all different issues I’ve been going through. I couldn’t ask for a better therapist and would recommend her to anyone looking to begin or continue their therapy journey.

Darlene is an active listener. She lets you guide the conversation and knows how to ask important questions to draw out underlying aspects of what you are going through. She is knowledgeable about a variety of therapy techniques and I feel confident in her ability to help me with my complex therapy needs. Strongly recommend.
