I am licensed in Tennessee with 8 years of professional work experience in the Netherlands as well as America. Prior to my time at better health, I was fortunate to work with a diverse population facing a broad spectrum of clinical issues in the community and local mental health centers. In these settings, I have primarily worked with young adults and adolescents.
I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, panic disorder, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & bipolar disorder, PTSD, personality disorders, and AD(H)D.
I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am eager to help my clients whom are motivated to utilize tools and resources from therapy to change their life for the better and leave therapy with new insights and reflections for their future.
