About me

I am licensed in Missouri with 24 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, anger management, motivation, self esteem, confidence and a variety of mental health conditions. I work with both adults and adolescents and I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment or loss of confidentiality. The only time that confidentiality will be broken is if you are becoming a danger to yourself or others. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Davy is deeply empathetic and caring and truly wants me to improve. She creates goals for me to achieve and tells me that she is proud of me. Her advice has been extremely helpful!

Written on May 29, 2025 after therapy with Davalene for 2 weeks on issues concerning stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and family conflicts

Davy is so understanding, direct and supportive. I felt so much more at ease after talking to her. She lets you talk and listens, and gives you honest feedback and reasons with you. She helps me unpack my feelings and her expertise helps me understand where those feelings are coming from. I would strongly recommend anyone to her! <3

I have had 2 visits with Davy so far . She is wonderful. She has provided me. With worksheets on things I would like to address about myself. Which I love this I am able to go back through them as needed.
