About me
Welcome to taking the first steps towards self-improvement! Life is often challenging and finding a well matched clinician is tough.
I am very person centered in my approach, typically addressing the psyche objectively by respecting your lived experience. In practice we work to develop a deeper connection with your unconscious, through reflection on thoughts, fantasies, and dreams. It is in analysis of the psyche, that we can uncover a greater awareness of our process and purpose to begin to witness and realize grace and our particular calling.
As a Jungian Analyst in-training (IAAP), with over 10 years practicing as a therapist, most of my clients seek help with life transitions: Mid & Quarter-life stresses, and the associated anxiety/depression that complicates life. Typically, feelings include emptiness, dissatisfaction, despair, and a need for deeper meaning. Together we'll address the void with care and a symbolic perspective that unfolds a new relationship with the self and the Eternal. The process opens new opportunities while expanding consciousness.
I like to think of these three points: *Be more Conscious *Become Whole *Be Who You Seek!
In practice you can expect that we might work to develop a deeper connection with your unconscious, through reflection on thoughts, fantasies, and dreams. It is in analysis of the psyche, that we can uncover a greater awareness of process and purpose and to obtain increased wholeness. Psychotherapy, and analysis in particular, are about more than healing "mental illness" and instead an opportunity to better know yourself. I would be honored to join in helping YOU navigate life's complexities, in making new meanings, and aiding in your journey towards realizing your 'whole' potential!
