I can’t be thankful enough for having found David. I am in good hands with him. He understands me and in two sessions had helped me so much with his guide.

David gives me ideas and suggestions. We are able to explore factors that i have never considered might be contributing to how I feel and act. I do know now that i need more help but i think i was about to explode before our first session. Only 4 sessions in and i feel more confident to tackle my challenges. I am hopefull now. Thanks.

Simply put: David has changed my life. I began my therapy journey not knowing what, if anything, I would get out of it, but through David’s guidance and insight, I can confidently say that I am currently the best version of myself I have ever been. David doesn’t tell you what to hear, nor will he tell you what to do, instead he empowers you to make connections with yourself and helps you to fully realise your own self worth and potential leaving you being able to say “I’m proud of myself” and mean it with complete conviction. I feel like in many ways that I have come on leaps and bounds in the short time I have been working with David, but I also know that this is only the beginning of something profoundly enlightening which will deeply impact and enhance the rest of my life.

David is great as a therapist. He listens well, shows me that he can understand my perspective whilst gently challenging me at the same time. He is direct when he speaks yet compassionate. I enjoy speaking with him and hearing his responses in how I can help myself move past my issues.

David is soo clever. He’s got a great way of helping you get an understanding around actions and emotions, through assisted self discovery. Insightful, helpful and genuine.
