I have had a lot of things come about suddenly on a daily basis and David has been nothing but understanding and encouraging when I explain to him the circumstances. I look forward to getting to know David more and learning what he knows

I found BetterHelp and David when I was at a really low point in my mental health. He helped me find ways to improve the situation and did it in a way that didn’t make me feel horrible about myself for getting myself in that situation in the first place. Very attentive and he remembers small details I wouldn’t have expected him to remember. Overall, a great experience and I’d recommend for anyone like me who has never been to therapy and wanted a less intense route to therapy than in person.

Therapist is really patient and gives you the space to express and help analyze what is going on. I recommend him.
