I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) licensed in Florida with over 5 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and clinical social worker. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief/loss and chronic mental illness. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma or emotional abuse. I have worked with clients with all types of addictions; both substances and process addiction as well as with clients struggling with issues related to their gender and/or sexuality.
My counseling style client centered which lends to a warm, supportive, nurturing and interactive environment.. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion . My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, solution-focused and acceptance & commitment therapies. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
