David Tyler, LPC
About me
I work with individuals and couples who are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected in your marriage, or uncertain about your next step professionally, counseling can help you regain clarity, confidence, and emotional steadiness.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee and Missouri with over 10 years of counseling experience. In addition, I bring 35 years of leadership experience in Fortune 500 organizations. I understand the pressures of career demands, leadership stress, burnout, and major life decisions. This background allows me to effectively support professionals, couples, and individuals navigating both personal and workplace challenges.
My approach is calm, practical, and strengths-based. I help clients manage anxious thoughts, improve emotional regulation, strengthen communication, rebuild self-esteem, and develop healthier patterns in relationships. Together, we focus on meaningful, sustainable change.
For clients who value their Christian faith, I offer Christian counseling and am comfortable integrating faith and spirituality into the therapy process when you desire that approach.
Seeking help is a courageous step. If you are ready to reduce anxiety, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with clarity and purpose, I would be honored to work with you.
