She’s the best, very understanding. Provides activities and exercises to help with anxiety, very knowledgeable. Easy to speak with. Simply the best!

It’s been amazing working with Dr. Grinnage. She promotes self love and empowerment which deeply helped me in my healing journey. She customizes sessions based on her clients’ needs and priorities and actively seeks out new information if an issue I bring up doesn’t exactly fall in her wheelhouse. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially young women in their 20s struggling with trauma and life transitions.
