About me

Over the past 18 years I have had the opportunity to work with children, adults, couples, and families from many walks of life in many different settings. Whether it be in the outpatient, inpatient, or residential setting, I have strived to meet people on their level, to address the issues most pressing in their lives so they can start each day as a stronger and more focused.

No matter the concern, whether it be emotional, interpersonal, family, or occupational, I work with my clients to identify their goals and to agree upon a plan to address each. I feel it is crucial that the client be involved and guide the decision making, and I am there to provide the tools and support to get to their personal goals.

I have a strong background in crisis work, suicidal behavior, emotional impairment, serious mental illness, and family dynamics for which I tend to approach using an eclectic approach which personalizes therapy. I look forward to the opportunity to work with my clients and to help them understand they can achieve their goals and they can improve their life.

Dr. Little is compassionate, kind, and also keeps things so real and connective. I didn’t expect to find a therapist that I liked on the first round, but I adore her! She approaches things with the kind of balance I need - listening, honest labelling / calling me out when I need it most, and is just exceptionally attuned to my concerns and worries. I have had so much productive growth as a result of our dynamic! I feel so seen and understood. Highly recommend her!

Dr. Little is very experienced, knowledgeable and understanding. I don't feel like she's forcing an agenda or a "get over it and move on" position. Very understanding about my situation and listens well. She also gives excellent insight into my circumstances.
